One Crowe

On June 4, the firm began practicing under the new name, Crowe AHFAD. The international accounting network, Crowe Horwath International, rebranded as Crowe Global which debuted on the prestigious Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list in 2018. Crowe was also included on several other lists compiled by Fortune over the years, including: best workplaces in consulting and professional services, best workplaces for women, best workplaces for recent college graduates, best workplaces for millennials, best workplaces for parents and best workplaces for giving back.

Pinnacle Award

At the global conference in Berlin, Germany, Crowe AHFAD was honored with the prestigious "Pinnacle Award." The conference, which spanned from October 14 to 17, 2018, witnessed the presence of over 300 attendees representing 75 different countries.

The firm's integration into the Global top 9 accountancy network Crowe Horwath International in 2013 resulted in the establishment of Crowe Horwath AHFAD. This transformation provided us with the ability to meet the needs of our multinational clients through transnational audits and cross-border services.

Crowe member firms are committed to impeccable quality, a highly integrated service delivery processes and a common set of core values that guide decisions daily. Each firm being well-established as a leader in its national business community and is staffed by nationals, thereby providing a knowledge of local laws and customs which is important to clients undertaking new ventures or expanding into other countries.

Following his graduation from Al-Mustansiriah University in Iraq, Mr. Ahmed Al-Fadhli aspired to establish his own accounting practice. His time at KPMG provided him with valuable experience, and he further enhanced his qualifications by pursuing the Yemeni Association of Certified Public Accountants (YACPA) certification, which marked his entry into the accounting field.

After experiencing a period of notable success and recognition within the company, he chose to create his own organization, which he named "AHFAD Corporation". This brand name is derived from the first letters of the founder's name, Mr. Ahmed Al-Fadhli.

The Corporation made a strategic decision to specialize in assisting small and medium-sized enterprises by offering advisory and tax services. This encompasses various business structures, including trading companies, non-profit organizations, joint ventures, and even sole traders.

After a brief period, the Corporation took a significant step forward in offering accounting services to a diverse group of industries, including oil, mining, aviation, education, and more.
