Tax Advisory Basic

In this service, we will support and advise the client basic tax issues as follow:

• Initial tax registration with tax authorities
• Solutions for electronic invoices
• Contract the client's suppliers for invoicing procedures and eligible supporting documents for tax purposes
• Work with the client's software suppliers (Ex: SAP, ERP,…) to ensure that their customization for the client meets specific requirements for accounting and tax compliance purposes, such as invoicing, tax filing…
• Explain to the client about tax laws (Ex: CIT, VAT, FCT, PIT, Export/Import Tax,…), or customs procedures, or transfer pricing regulations.
• Support the client to write official letters to tax authorities to make it clear for tax issues (Ex: tax rate, tax calculation formula…) when available tax laws are not clear enough for the client's cases.

Accordingly, our detailed works are as follow:

• Discuss with the client in detail to clearly understand their concerns and specific requirements.
• Study relevant tax laws and similar cases
• Provide comprehensive explanation or advice to the client
• Support the client to solve the issues where and when necessary directly.

• The client may have foreigner directors/managers who do not have adequate knowledge and experience of tax laws in Vietnam
• The client's staff are not confident with procedures in dealing with tax procedures and tax authorities.
• The client wishes to confirm their understanding of tax issues with tax experts
• The client wishes to hear professional opinions from tax experts about their tax issues in the case of unclear tax guidance.
• The client does not have sufficient resources to handle related tax works directly; therefore, they want to have support from tax experts.
• The client wants their tax issues properly advised and supported by tax experts to facilitate their business objectives.
