Standard Operation Process Advisory

Purposes and deliveries of this service:

The main purpose of this service is to support the clients to standardize / optimize the clients’ operation processes which contribute to improve the business efficiency and lower the risk of mistakes and frauds.

Deliveries of this service may include:

• Setting up / renovating the set of standardized documents that adequately and appropriately describes all types of operation processes of the client’s business. This set of documents is used as: (1) a reference source for employees to comply with to ensure consistency of quality and risk management, especially in the context of business expanding, (2) an efficient tool for training employees, (3) a strong base for the continuous enhancement and optimization in the future.

• Issuing reports that present assessment of the actual status of the client’s operation processes and according recommendations for improvement.
  
  

Clients of this service are enterprises that want to standardize their operation processes to: (1) implement digitalization, (2) have a better management when scaling up the business, (3) enhance the business efficiency and lower the risk of mistakes and frauds.

The service is delivered with the following steps:

• Kick-off meeting: We discuss with the client to clearly understand the client’s specific demands and requirements, and then provide full explanation to the client about our approach and processes. We agree with the client about the objectives, scope of services, timing schedules, cooperation mechanism, lists of documents to be provided, significant procedures that need attention, … This step can be done through direct meetings or emails.
• Fieldwork (at clients’ offices): We observe and research documents to obtain understanding about the client’ operation processes, business models, management culture…. We then have interviews with related personnel of the client to verify their needs and functions.
• Prepare products: We will prepare the products as agreed with the client and then send them to the client for review and comment. Meetings will be followed to explain further about the products.
