Accounting Advisory Basic

In this service, we will support and advise the client with basic accounting issues as follow:

• Support the client to initially set up the accounting ledgers and register it with the tax authority.
• Set up the foundation for accounting software, cooperate with the software provider to solve related technical issues to ensure the software will work properly from the beginning.
• Set up an organizational structure for the accounting department (including responsibilities and functions)
• Set up accounting policies and procedures (Ex: Cash collection/disbursement; Revenue & AR; Purchase & AP; Inventory costing, Fixed assets, …)
• Advise the client in building up the detailed chart of accounts and reporting templates to meet requirements by laws and internal management purposes.
• Support the client to prepare accounting reports basing on the available data if required.
• Support to translate accounting ledgers and supporting documents from English to Vietnamese.
• Advise the client about technical issues such as inventory costing methods, fixed-asset depreciation methods, accounting estimation methods, provision policies, expense-allocation policies,...
• Support the client to write and send official letters to tax authorities when tax laws are not clear enough for the client to apply.

• Discuss with the client in detail to clearly understand their concerns and specific requirements.
• Study relevant tax laws and similar cases.
• Provide comprehensive explanation or advice to the client.
• Support the client to solve the issues where and when necessary directly.
