In case the Company purchases an apartment for employees, if the apartment is registered under the Company's name on the house ownership certificate, the depreciation expense and interior decoration costs with proper invoices are eligible as deductible expenses when determining CIT taxable income according to the provisions of Article 4 of Circular 96/2015/TT-BTC.
The depreciation expense incurred by the Company on behalf of the apartment user will be included in the employees' PIT taxable income according to the provisions of Article 11 of Circular 92/2015/TT-BTC dated 15 June 2015.
The Company refers to the depreciation period specified in Appendix I attached to Circular 45/2013/TT-BTC to determine the depreciation time of fixed assets.
