Foreign investors cannot use the Oversea Corporation's address as the address of legal representative of a company incorporated in Vietnam in the application file for an Investment Certificate.
The Law on Enterprises 2020, Article 42 stipulates:
The head office of an enterprise is located in the Vietnamese territory, is the contact address of the enterprise and is determined according to the boundary of the administrative unit; telephone, fax and email numbers (if any).
