“It’s an honour to have been selected as a final winner in the Accountancy Age 35 under 35 awards. I couldn’t have done it without the ongoing support of my colleagues and the Firm’s Partners. Working as part of the Firm’s ED&I team has given me the opportunity to work with some of our most senior people, allowing me to learn from their experience and this has helped me to develop as an accountant. No two days at the Firm are ever the same, but that’s what makes my job interesting. Being a part of the ILFM allows me to share my experiences with peers, and also offer support to members. I am grateful that the Firm has supported me throughout.
Early in my career I was told to embrace challenge and never be afraid of making a mistake. That message has really stuck with me, and has allowed me to grow into my role within the Firm, knowing that I will be supported along the way.”

“We are delighted that Mark has been included in Accountancy Age’s 35 Under 35. He continues to demonstrate his subject expertise in assurance services, particularly client money compliance and the Solicitors Accounts Rules where he combines technical analysis with real-world application so well.
Always supportive, Mark shows true authenticity when championing our National ED&I initiatives. His input into Crowe’s LGBTQ+ and Allies Network has been honest, brave and impactful.
I have worked with Mark for over 10 years now and am very proud to see him tackle each new challenge and take each opportunity with enthusiasm. He has a bright future ahead.”
