Crowe appoints new partner to its growing firm

Mark Allen joins Crowe’s highly-successful corporate finance team, where he will be leading advisory work to corporate entities and institutional investors.

Bringing within him more than 20 years of experience, prior to joining Crowe Mark worked for a Big Four firm where he led their corporate finance team in Reading, before moving to London as a senior member of the technology, media and telecoms team.

Based in the Thames Valley office of Crowe, Mark will also work alongside corporate finance Partner Bob Alsop in the firm’s transaction service (due diligence) team.
