Partner crowned Corporate Finance Adviser of the Year

Held at the Select Car Leasing Stadium on Thursday, 7 November, the awards celebrated the region’s dealmaking activity over the last 12 months.

Securing one of the night’s top accolades is testament to Mark’s drive and Crowe’s support of the regional business landscape. Based in Reading, Mark has been instrumental in growing our regional lead advisory presence and has closed several important deals so far this year, including complex, cross-border transactions.

Our national corporate finance team has already completed a record number of transactions in 2024, including 32 in October alone.

Mark has nearly 25 years’ experience in delivering expert M&A advice to private shareholders, corporates and investors, with a particular focus on owner-managed businesses. He, along with Crowe’s wider corporate finance team, evaluates and delivers value-creation opportunities for shareholders and investors. Mark also has significant experience in the technology sector and helps lead Crowe’s national Technology and Media team.
