City firms saw their fees per partner decrease for the second year running to an amount of £1.04 million. Firms in the regions are closing the gap with their average being £955,000, a 5.9% increase from last year.

Cybersecurity remains a top priority, with almost all firms highlighting phishing campaigns as being a major concern. As the risk of cyber-attacks continues to escalate, a proactive approach is critical, and firms need to consider whether the training they are providing staff is sufficient with only 31% of firms having provided this on at least a quarterly or monthly basis.
