Industries: Social Purpose and Non Profits
man in a office room meeting
We are all too aware how important organisational culture is to staff wellbeing, productivity and overall success in achieving the mission. In the social purpose space this is amplified even further, and INGOs have the added complication of operating in various jurisdictions.

We will explore how INGOs can navigate multiple cultures that may exist within their teams, identifying areas where good and bad culture can have a significant impact.

There is no cost for these events.

What we will cover

Across four weekly sessions, the first part of our INGO conference 2025 will bring together an exciting range of speakers from across the sector who will share their stories of navigating the complexities of maintaining an organisational culture across the globe.
