We are pleased to invite you to our Annual Charity Conference on Thursday 10 October 2024 at The Stoller Hall.

What we will cover

Our comprehensive full day programme will cover various subjects, including: 

  • topical regulatory audit update 
  • developments in the Charity sector 
  • don't be a charity to a fraudster 
  • recent tax updates 
  • VAT updates and important reminders 
  • employment and Charity law update — the first 3 months of a Labour government 
  • should charities have investments.

Additionally, there will be a musical performance by students from Chetham's School of Music. Librarian Julianne Simpson, will talk about the fascinating history of Chetham’s Library, one of the oldest public libraries.

After the conference, there will be a limited-capacity private library tour. To secure your spot, please indicate your interest on the registration form. Space will be first come, first served.
