To bolster our client’s security, Crowe Financial Planning UK Ltd (FPUK) has made a significant decision to no longer issue documents containing personal or sensitive data via standard email attachments. This proactive step aims to safeguard client information and prevent potential breaches.

The communication preference survey

In February 2024, Crowe FPUK reached out to its clients, asking them to indicate their preferred method of communication: electronic or postal. The response rate has been encouraging, with 40% of clients providing the required feedback. If you haven’t replied yet, we urge you to do so as soon as possible.

Electronic communication preferred

The results for the survey’s received so far are revealing a very clear trend: 75% of our clients prefer to receive communications electronically. Acknowledging this preference, Crowe FPUK has taken action to enhance security and streamline our document delivery.

Introducing the Document Secure Administration Hub

Crowe FPUK has established the Document Secure Administration Hub (DASH), a comprehensive solution for secure document exchange. Here is what it includes:

  • Completion services: Streamlined processes for clients to fill out and return forms.
