Best Financial Advisers to work for 2025

Crowe Financial Planning UK Limited (FPUK) was delighted to be named as a winner of the Professional Adviser Best Financial Advisers to Work for 2025 award at the Professional Adviser’s annual awards ceremony held in London on Wednesday 19 March 2025.

This industry-wide survey and awards programme was designed to identify, recognise, and honour the best places of employment in the financial advice industry.

As an employer, Crowe FPUK was asked to complete an in-depth benefits and policies questionnaire, and all employees were asked to complete a company-wide anonymous survey, administered by the award organisers, Best Companies Group.

The survey consisted of 77 statements that employees were asked to respond to along with two open-ended and seven demographic questions.

Best Companies Group and Professional Adviser then reviewed our information and survey data. We were thrilled to find out that Crowe FPUK was named as having achieved this award along with a number of other high performing financial advisory firms across the UK.
