I began my career in Financial Services in 2017 joining a large Independent Financial Adviser firm as an Assistant to Client Support. Within a year I was promoted to a Client Support Associate working closely with a designated financial advisor which helped to develop my experience ranging from fund switches and investment trades to helping my advisor prepare for client meetings.

In 2019, I was presented with a unique opportunity to join former colleagues at a start-up, family run financial planning firm as their sole administrator to their client bank.

The impact of Covid-19 led me, like many others, to re-evaluate my career path, resulting in my decision to join the Ambulance service in 2020. My experience on the NHS front line was very rewarding for a number of reasons but the unsociable hours do take their toll on your work life balance.

I therefore decided to make the return to the Financial Services industry and joined the Client Support team at Crowe Financial Planning UK Limited in January 2025.
