I lead the Capital Allowance team within the Real Estate sector.
With over 20 years in capital allowances following 15 years of construction and fit-out, I have extensive experience on providing capital allowances to clients within the built environment. This ranges from real estate owners to occupiers.
Advising on all areas of capital allowances including acquisition and disposal of property, expenditure analysis around construction, refurbishment, fitting out and capital contributions to commercial property. This includes due diligence, transaction structure advice, capital allowances modelling and claim analysis, preparation and agreement to the correct pool allocation and structures and buildings allowance requirements.
I am a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. I regular speak and write articles for trade press and lecture to various bodies on capital allowances.
