I lead the firm's Professional Practices team in the Midlands office, where I also advise owner-managed and family-owned businesses, as well as UK subsidiaries of overseas groups. I am the Managing Partner of our offices in the Midlands Southwest.
I established Crowe UK's highly-valued COFA network, supporting law firm partners and compliance officers, and also steer our annual Law Firm Benchmarking which provides insight into current performance within the legal sector. I regularly advise partnerships on accounting, tax and assurance matters.
When clients need help with their business planning, I provide some clarity with strategic planning, improvement processes and people development.
