I am a Partner in the VAT group with more than 20 years’ experience in both HMRC and professional practice. I joined Crowe in 2006 and specialise in providing VAT advice in the social purpose and non profit sector.
I am experienced in dealing with a wide range of social purpose and non profit clients with a focus in the welfare sector and independent schools. My work ranges from assisting with VAT inspections and purchases of new buildings, to applications for partial exemption methods. I have been involved in advising on the re-structuring of a number of welfare charities that have benefitted from substantial VAT savings as a result.
I regularly provide virtual and in person training to finance teams and write insights on the latest developments impacting the sector.
