Jane MacKay

With more than 30 years of experience, I am a specialist M&A tax advisor, bringing pragmatism, tax technical ability and a deep understanding of the deal process to help my clients resolve issues that can arise in a deal context.

I enjoy getting to know my clients so I can help them navigate complexity and business transitions to keep their tax projects on track. While I work across all sectors, my experience has been greatest with manufacturing, tech, retail and property.

I am a regular speaker at seminars and at professional networks and contributor to Crowe's tax briefings and publications. I am also passionate about diversity in finance and developing the people I work with to be the best they can/want to be.
