I specialise in due diligence and deal advice within corporate finance transactions. I cover a broad range of transaction types, with transaction values from less than £1 million through to £500 million and over.

I have operated in the corporate finance arena in the Thames Valley and South for almost 20 years, where I worked at both PwC and Grant Thornton prior to joining Crowe. I handle national international projects in respect of new reporting frameworks and due diligence methodologies.
