Public Interest Committee
The Public Interest Committee (PIC) is set up to align with the Audit Firm Governance Code. Its main goals are to enhance the quality of audits within the LLP, ensure that the LLP's decisions reflect the public interest, especially regarding audits, and maintain the ongoing viability and robustness of the audit function and the firm overall.
Audit and Risk Committee
The Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of the LLP. It oversees the financial reporting processes, manages external audits for the LLP, and ensures that the LLP's risk management, internal controls, and governance structures are robust and effective.
Nominations Committee
The Nominations Committee is responsible for establishing a robust identification process for our INEs, ensuring unbiased vacancy advertisements, and maintaining a fair and diverse selection panel.
