Crowe Corporate Finance UK Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Crowe U.K. LLP, is a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 07238248 and its registered office is at 55 Ludgate Hill, London, EC4M 7JW.

Crowe U.K. LLP is a member of Crowe Global, a Swiss verein. Each member firm of Crowe Global is a separate and independent legal entity. Crowe U.K. LLP and its affiliates are not responsible or liable for any acts or omissions of Crowe Global or any other member of Crowe Global.

In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Provision of Services Regulations 2009, Crowe U.K. LLP’s professional indemnity lead insurer is Markel International Insurance Company Limited. The territorial coverage of the insurance is worldwide with certain restrictions on a claim brought in respect of professional business in the United States of America or Canada.

Crowe Financial Planning UK Limited and Crowe Corporate Finance UK Limited are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

If a conflict of interest should arise, either between two or more of our clients, or in the provision of multiple services to a single client, we will take such steps as are necessary to deal with the conflict. In resolving the conflict, we would be guided by the ICAEW Code of Ethics, section 3, sub-section 310.
