To achieve this, we recognise that we cannot stand still, and we must continually adapt, evolve, and change. Our goals, actions and the evaluation of success should be focused on the positive achievement and contribution to one or more of our five key strategic elements.
We need to be focused and consistently deliver on all these key strategic elements to continue to be a successful firm delivering work of the highest quality.

We expect our people to use their judgement and common sense when applying this code, seeking guidance from their line manager, a member of the National People team, the Ethics partner, or Practice Protection if they are unsure about how to act in a particular situation.
