The specialists of AC Crowe Ukraine have won the client's case in the court of appeals.

The experts from AC Crowe Ukraine successfully represented their client in the court of appeals, regarding a lawsuit against the tax authorities to recognize and annul unlawful tax assessment notices and decisions concerning the increase in the amount of personal income tax and military duty on the income received as additional benefits by the taxpayer. As a result of the appeal court's review of the case, the tax assessment notices were recognized as unlawful and cancelled, amounting to 700,000 hryvnias.
