AC Crowe Ukraine corporate culture is based on respect towards the personal position of each human and differences between them, neutrality, creation of possibilities for fruitful work and open communication.
We hold thematical teambuildings and celebrate holidays together in order to better know each other. We strengthen mutual ties and build our own traditions. Our aspiration is that the Company’s ecosystem be determined by unity, mutual understanding, and positive energy!
Social Environment
It is important for us not to stay aside and to help wholeheartedly.
The AC Crowe Ukraine team takes part in various charity activities, supports the initiatives of its partners, and starts those of its own.
- We provide assistance to low-income families and children with inclusivity.
- We gather funds to people in need for medical treatment.
- We take part in the “Present Books to Children” project for boarding schools’ students.
- We assist the children from the “Cheburashka” orphanage.
In 2019, AC Crowe Ukraine entered the first CSR Catalogue in Ukraine — initiatives from Pro Bono Club Ukraine, which is the official member of the Global Pro Bono Network.
External Environment and Green Office
We have been actively integrating rational consumption into the life of the Company and its employees since 2019, not only in offices, but also in household.
We implemented the Hello, #eco, sustainable development concept, its principal aim being the decrease of the negative impact of the Company’s activity onto the environment, facilitation of the rational usage of resources:
- refused from plastic bottles and dishes;
- planted 75 new plants;use recycled paper, which fully meets the FSC standards;
- sort waste and send it for recycling;
- order corporate products only from sustainable and reused materials, which do not do harm the environment.
