Government sector 

The Government sector is one of the most important and essential element of the modern Society structure, which is directly connected with the role of the state in the economy and serves as a factor of economic growth, guarantee of stability and sustainable development, contribute to the recovery of industries in crisis, strengthens the countries position in world markets.

Government provides a significant part of the industrial and social infrastructure that serves as a material basis for sustainable development, a guarantor of saving national wealth.

The implementation of consulting projects with Government sector requires a number of solutions for complicated tasks. In solving these tasks, Crowe team provides complex advice and supporting to the government agencies. We are always ready to make our contribution on improvement of the performance of state enterprises and their capacity building development.

Crowe has been repeatedly involving in financial capacity building of government institutions/authorities, including the automation of accounting and reporting, as well as asset management capacity building and making the conditions for accomplishment of corporate and donor regulations for asset management.    

As part of implementation of the State programmes on Public Administration Reform, we helped to strengthen the potential of Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Tajikistan in performing financial audits, including the development of audit methodology and working documents. In addition, within the project “Support to the Development of Public Internal Financial Control in Tajikistan”, we supported the further development of public sector Internal Audit skills and capabilities.

We coordinated one of the Project’s components on modernization of Public Financial Management Modernization Project In Tajikistan: Support To Treasury In 5-Year Treasury Development Plan And Budget Execution Methodology, and assisted the Main Department of Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of Republic of Tajikistan in implementing the 5-year Treasury Development Plan and in improving budget execution methodology for state budget execution.

Crowe specialists are also involved in the Tax Administration Reform Programme in Tajikistan.
