Agata Szymańska becomes new HR Director of Crowe in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia

With over 20 years of experience in the HR field, gained in managerial positions within international organizations, Agata Szymańska brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. Prior to joining Crowe, she served as Global HR Director at Testronic, specializing in video game testing. Previously, she was associated with a company within the Orange Poland group, where she built the HR team responsible for personnel and payroll, as well as training and development.

Crowe operates in the business services sector and employs over 500 people in 7 locations in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. It offers services in accounting, audit, tax, consulting and ESG.

Agata Szymańska graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw with a degree in Human Resource Management. She also completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw.
