This business breakfast is organized in cooperation with the law firm Eversheds Sutherland Slovakia in order to offer participants an overview of the latest legislative changes not only in the area of taxes, but also in the area of commercial law. In the area of VAT, we will focus on new VAT rates and changed registration conditions. From the point of view of income tax, we will focus on minimum tax and transaction tax, and we will also mention changes in corporate tax rates. We will also take a closer look at the latest laws adopted in 2024 or interesting court decisions that can be used in the everyday practice of an entrepreneur.
