The employer is obliged to pay the annual leave allowance to the employee who is entitled to annual leave, at least in the amount of the minimum wage. For the year 2023, the minimum amount of the allowance is €1,203.36.
The allowance must be paid to the employee no later than July 1, 2023.
What about employees who work part-time?
➡ The proportional part of the allowance belongs to the employee who works part-time.
➡ An exception applies to employees who work part-time in accordance with pension and disability insurance regulations, health insurance regulations, or parental leave regulations. They are entitled to the allowance amount as if they were working full-time.

Izplačilo regresa za letni dopust
Delodajalec je dolžan delavcu, ki ima pravico do letnega dopusta, izplačati regres za letni dopust najmanj v višini minimalne plače. Za leto 2023 velja najnižji znesek regresa v višini 1.203,36 EUR.
Regres se mora delavcu izplačati najkasneje do 1. julija 2023.
Kaj pa tisti delavci, ki delajo za krajši delovni čas od polnega?
➡ Sorazmerni del regresa pripada delavcu, ki dela krajši delovni čas od polnega.
➡ Izjema so delavci, ki delajo krajši delovni čas v skladu s predpisi o pokojninskem in invalidskem zavarovanju, predpisi o zdravstvenem zavarovanju ali predpisi o starševskem dopustu, le- ti so upravičeni do višine regresa, kot če bi delali polni delovni čas.
