Obligation to hand over the issued invoice again

As of April 18, 2023, the Law amending the Law on the Verification of Invoices (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 40) will come into force, which reintroduces the obligation to hand over the invoice to the buyer - the final consumer for the purchased goods or services received.

Ponovna obveznost izročanja izdanega računa

Z 18. aprilom 2023 začne veljati Zakon o spremembah in dopolnitvah Zakona o davčnem potrjevanju računov (Uradni list RS, št. 40), s katerim se ponovno uvaja obveznost izročanja računa kupcu – končnemu potrošniku za kupljeno blago oziroma prejeto storitev.
