We place significant emphasis on creating the right learning environment and developing a structured training programme for all professional staff from the various business disciplines. 

Crowe Singapore is among the pioneer batch of organisations to be accredited by the Singapore Accountancy Commission (SAC) to be an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO). As an ATO, our employees can begin accumulating practical experience immediately upon employment, an important pathway towards gaining professional qualification under the Singapore Qualification Programme (SQP).

In addition, we have been designated as an Approved ACA Training Employer by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). and accredited by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) under the Singapore Approved Employers Programme, which recognizes employers' high standards of staff training, accountancy resources and development for ACCA trainees.
