Boon Siong has over 40 years of corporate finance experience.
Prior to joining Crowe Horwath Capital, he led the corporate finance team of Phillip Securities Pte Ltd, United Overseas Bank Ltd and Overseas Union Bank Ltd.
Boon Siong is primarily responsible for the supervision and the execution of various corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, secondary fund-raising and advisory transactions.
