Liyan has over 15 years of experience in management accounting, payroll services, fund accounting and administration services.

Her experience includes:

• Providing Management and financial accounting and reporting to clients from small and medium-sized enterprises to multi-national companies.
• Preparing financial statements in accordance with local and international financial reporting standards, annual reports, financial reporting packages for management and board of directors.
• Involved in various consulting projects including transaction support and advisory assignments, due diligence exercises and valuation for financial reporting purposes.
• Actively involved in fund accounting and administration services to hedge funds, private equity funds and fund of funds.

Liyan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Accounting and Financial Management) Degree, conferred by the University of Sunderland, United Kingdom.
