Goh Sia is a Senior Partner and leads the Assurance and Risk Advisory Teams at Crowe Singapore. He has more than 20 years of experience in audit and consulting services, serving clientele in technology, manufacturing, trading, publishing and education and engineering companies. Among Goh Sia’s many responsibilities in the firm is to lead the Human Resources department that manages and supports over a total number of 170 staff members.
His experience includes:
- Advising clients on improving internal risk controls with corporate governance measure reinforcement;
- Providing professional advice to local companies on constructing the most value-added and cost-effective business structure in Singapore;
- Reviewing of due diligence work in connection with public-listed companies acquisition in Singapore;
- Reviewing internal control measures for various Singapore public-listed companies on Singapore Exchange (SGX) compliance; and
- Professionally advising, assisting and preparing clients for public listing with Singapore Exchange (SGX) on group restructuring, profit and cash flow forecasts and proforma consolidated accounts.
Goh Sia is a Practicing Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), a member of CPA Australia and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. He also sits on the ISCA Public Accounting Practice Committee.
He is a certified Internal Auditor and Information Systems Auditor. Goh Sia is also certified in Quality Assurance Review and Risk Management Assurance.
Goh Sia holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
