Duncan has over 20 years of experience in audit and financial consulting services.
His experience includes:
- Leading and managing statutory audits of various SGX listed companies, as well as Singapore subsidiaries of multinational corporations which involved reviewing of US GAAP and IFRS differences.
- Leading and managing statutory audits of various financial institutions regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore including banks, financial advisers and fund management.
- Leading teams to perform due diligence reviews in connection with acquisition of companies in Singapore and other South-East Asian countries, including those in the financial sector.
- Leading teams in acting as outsourced compliance function for financial institutions.
Duncan is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). He is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
