Shu Siang is a Director at Crowe Horwath First Trust Risk Advisory Pte Ltd, with over 20 years of experience in providing financial assurance, risk consulting, IT consulting and sustainability reporting services to companies ranging from multinationals, public listed companies and government corporations.
His experience includes:
- Facilitating clients’ on materiality analysis of relevant sustainability issues, and preparing sustainability reports to comply with GRI, TFCD/ISSB, SGX, and HKEX requirements.
- Advising clients on their net zero roadmap, and identify areas for carbon reduction, and business expansion.
- Facilitating clients’ enterprise risk management and risk assessments (including strategic, financial, operational, compliance, IT, and climate risks).
- Leading teams in the internal audit and pre-IPO internal audit of companies in various industries, including the benchmarking of policies and procedures with best practices.
- Leading teams to conduct AML/CFT and data privacy and cybersecurity (including VA/PT, source code, and TRM reviews) reviews in MNCs, financial institutions and non-profit organisations.
Shu Siang is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He is also a Non-Practicing Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) Degree with a Minor in Law, conferred by Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
