Chan Tzun has more than 20 years of investment banking experience. During his time in Partners Capital (Singapore), Phillip Securities and KBC Bank NV, he was primarily responsible for the execution of various corporate finance transactions.
Completed transactions include the 3 takeover offers for Vantage Corporation Limited, the voluntary delisting of Cathay Organisation Holdings Ltd, and the initial public offerings of Wee Hur Holdings Ltd and Ryobi Kiso Holdings Ltd.
In addition, he also acted as corporate adviser to companies quoted on OTC Capital including Harry’s Holdings Ltd, advising on their continuing obligations and to oversee their compliance with it.
His experience include:
- Responsible for origination & marketing, execution, due diligence and dealing with financial regulators and other professionals for corporate finance activities.
- Acted as Financial Adviser in relation to a very substantial acquisition, selective capital reduction as an exit offer, proposed mandatory general offer and so forth.
- Acted as Independent Financial Adviser to proposed whitewash resolution, interested person transaction, voluntary delisting, share buyback and mandatory conditional cash offer etcetera.
- Provide professional advice and assisting clients in their preparation for Initial Public Offering (IPO), group restructuring and financial forecasts.
- Assisted companies in fund raising.
Chan Tzun holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Economics, from the London School of Economics (LSE), United Kingdom.
