Adeline has more than 20 years of experience in the audit and financial consulting services, spending her early years gaining her experience with the Big 4. Throughout her career, she serviced a host of local listed SMEs and the local offices of overseas MNCs. Her broad range of clients includes clients in the investments, education and technology industries. One of her specialty areas is to provide financial advice to clients in the Fintech industry.
Her experience includes:
- Leading and managing statutory audits of public listed companies.
- Assisting clients in their preparation for listing with the Singapore Exchange by providing professional advice on profit forecasts, cash flow forecasts and pro forma consolidated accounts.
- Conducting due diligence engagements in Asia Pacific region for private equity buyers for the acquisition of private and listed companies.
- Advising technology clients on block-chain and crypto-currencies.
- Performing valuation for a group of companies in the oil and gas sector for a restructuring plan.
She is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a Practising Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Adeline is also a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser, conferred by the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore.
She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and Finance from the University of Western Australia.
