Let’s get work done. Remotely.

We understand people need to work differently right now. And that’s okay. This is a great opportunity to rise to the occasion and get better at online collaboration.

We’ll help you get your projects done on time, because we’ve always been doing this. Our teams work together remotely and collaboratively on a regular basis.

We want you to know: We’re in this together. We have the tools. We have a plan for remote project delivery.

We’re ready for any type of project.

Each company has different levels of remote capability. We can fill in the gaps as necessary to provide full capability and guidance.

Crowe has an established practice for successful remote project delivery. We’ll figure out together what tools would be best for your meetings and collaborations.

We can handle any type of project interaction, regardless of the complexity, including:

Team, status, and review meetings

It’s time to harness the power of in-person meetings – virtually.

Now that you have the tools and ease of use, it’s time to ensure an efficient, productive, and enjoyable remote work experience with these best practices.

Show up in person – on screen.

And encourage others to do the same. It’s tempting to opt for audio only, but you’ll miss out on a lot of tacit and emotional information there. Show yourself, share relevant objects – a lot more than talking takes place at meetings.

Share your screen.

It’s easy to share your latest work-in-progress, notes, or drafts. Keep multiple tabs open in your browser to easily switch between applications. You’ll be amazed at the ease of showing – and interacting around – work product.

Facilitate participation.

In person meetings keep us accountable – and included. You can still achieve this virtually. Plug in the Meeting Owl: Those joining remotely will feel like they’re right there in the room.

Utilize every layer of communication.

Use the Zoom chat feature to have private conversations with other participants (while the meeting is happening). You’ll uncover unexpected insights.

Jump up to the whiteboard.

You can take advantage of spontaneous visual expression, online. Screen share your Microsoft PowerPoint or Whiteboard and touch-enable your screen so you can draw and diagram.

Be aware of ambient noise.

At an in-person meeting, you have the uncanny ability to filter out the sounds of paper shuffling, blowing wind, barking dogs, etc. Electronic mics don’t – they bring all sound together. Select an environment with minimal extraneous noise.
