What qualifications do I need?

Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

  • Final year on Bachelor’s degree students or recent graduates in economics-related fields
  • Outstanding academic performance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Problem-solving, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
  • Ability to work in a team environment with professionals of all levels
  • Authorized to work and accept new employment in Serbia
How will I spend most of my time?

Key Responsibilities!

  • Team work – working on both big and small audit engagements will give you broad view on the importance, dependence and strength of being a part of a team. Assisting more senior team members within the course of audit gives you great possibilities in empowering your knowledge and understanding on all main aspects of everyday life (not just the work part);
  • Multitasking – following the aspect of a team, you will be engaged in the understanding and testing different types of processes and procedures within the companies, communicating on all levels of management and operations;
  • Operational excellence – assessing the audit on both operational and financial part gives you broader insight into different types of business and the associated risks, within various markets and industry types (i.e. Construction, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Agriculture, etc…); likewise, financial services (Banking & Leasing, Capital markets, Insurance, etc…). This will empower your operational skills, as you will learn, understand and test key aspects of everyday operations.
  • Analysis – you will learn to base your approach to the audit from various angles by improving your analytical skills in collecting and analyzing financial and business data of the companies, understanding, reviewing and evaluating client assessments, KPI’s, etc…
