What qualifications do I need?
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
- Final year on Bachelor’s degree students or recent graduates in economics-related fields;
- Outstanding academic performance;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
- Problem-solving, strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments;
- Ability to work in a team environment with professionals of all levels;
- Authorized to work and accept new employment in Serbia;
How will I spend most of my time?
Key Responsibilities!
- Assisting and participating in corporate finance projects, including mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, valuation and restructuring;
- Be a team member in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance;
- Collection and analysis of financial and business data in financial consulting projects including financial reporting and management, forensic, etc.;
- Understanding, reviewing and evaluating clients’ business models and related KPIs, back office and operation processes incl. finance and controlling, customer-related processes and models, organizational structures and projects/programs;
