The Crowe Winter Internship Program is 13 weeks of training to become an integral part of a team at Crowe. You’ll receive quality hands-on training that has real-world application. This program helps you understand what a career with us might be. Through our internship program, you should be able to gain a more realistic view of our business and workplace environment while we can get to know you better and provide you with the platform to gain the knowledge and skills you need to begin your professional career with Crowe.
The program provides a well-rounded overview of Crowe RS and Crowe RS Advisory’s clients, work initiatives, culture, people and values. Our interns are aligned to existing project teams to experience real industry work and direct client engagements. You’ll stretch yourself and we’ll challenge you. After a comprehensive introduction, you will join the business and begin doing the same work as any other employee in Crowe. You’ll work as part of a team and make a real contribution to Crowe projects. Interns participate in information sessions led by firm leaders and enjoy various networking and team-building opportunities.
From Day 1 all interns are supported in the placement through the Crowe Buddy System where each placement is assigned a Buddy to help them settle in. To further ensure the intern's development and experience, all interns have a performance manager to provide feedback and support throughout the program. The Crowe Internship Program provides an environment where students can build strong skills in the workplace and have real hands-on experience. Everyone at Crowe will make the Crowe Internship Program a positive experience by providing guidance and answering the intern’s questions throughout the internship. The internship program is the number one pipeline for full-time hires.
