Roberto Falato

Roberto Falato is currently an Audit Partner in B&P Romania. He joined Boscolo & Partners as Tax Advisor. He is in charge on a broad range of taxation matters, assisting different sized clients in several business and industrial activities, both at domestic and international level. In 2011, he was appointed as Partner in charge of the Audit Department within Boscolo & Partners.

Roberto obtained in 1994 the Bachelor Degree of Economics at the University of Udine, Italy. He also improved his tax expertise attending several Grant Thornton courses (Transfer Price, VAT, Expatriates) and Masters (Tax planning at the Bocconi University of Milan).

Focusing on small and medium businesses, his proficiency covers corporate tax, indirect tax, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning as well as advising individual clients on “tailor-made” tax planning strategies.  Roberto is Chartered Accountant, a Tax Adviser and Auditor in Italy and he is currently acquiring the United States CPA qualification.

He has built up a strong background in tax advice; he constantly pays attention to guarantee to every client through audit activities a real add value in business, considering he believes audits should provide for real a platform for good advice.
