Mauro Marchetto

Mauro Marchetto is currently a Tax Partner in Crowe Romania. He is in charge of fiscal and company consulting and of SMEs support, with his specific expertise in compiling budgets, business plans, financial statement analyses, as well as annual and consolidated financial statements. He is a partner within Crowe Romania since 1992.
Mauro Marchetto obtained in 1988 the Bachelor Degree of Economics at the University of Trieste, Italy. He is a chartered accountant since 1991, with a specialization in Management control from the IPSOA Institute of Milan (short master).
Mauro has experience in domestic and international corporate tax consultancy assignments, as well as in VAT tasks and personal taxation.
He is also a member of the “Romanian and Italian Chamber of Auditors” and of the “Organization of Certified Chartered Accountants”. He is court-appointed expert of the Court of Trieste and an expert in compiling appraisal reports for extraordinary capital contributions and mergers.
