Adib Al Chaa & Co. Chartered Accoutants (formerly Dawoud and Company) was established in Doha, Qatar, as an Audit firm on 1st. of June 1990 under Auditors Registration Number 78 by Mr. Dawoud Odesho Dawoud and Mr. Adib Anton Al Chaa. This company was a branch of Dawoud & Co., which was based in London, United Kingdom. 

Adib Al Chaa, managed the company in Qatar while the other partner (Mr. Dawoud Odesho Dawoud) was in charge of the UK office.  Adib Al Chaa is registered as an accounting expert with the local Qatari authorities since 1994 under registration number 85.

In February 1999, the firm became a member of Horwath International (now Crowe Global). The name of the company was changed to Adib Al Chaa & Co. Chartered Accountants in 2012. The company’s clients include over 300 local and international companies, making this company ranked amongst the top 10 audit firms in Qatar.

The company introduced CaseWare (an Audit Software) in 2013 and currently the audit assignments are conducted by using this system.

The company introduced IT (Information Technology) Audit in 2016 and is currently undertaking IT Audit assignments for our clients. The company also undertakes assignments for ISO 27001 (IT Security Management System) Implementation.
