Bruno Veloso is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Porto, Portugal, and a Senior Researcher at LIAAD-INESC TEC (Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence and Decision Support). Bruno holds a degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering (2010) and an MSc in Electronics and Computer Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications (2012) from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto. He earned an International PhD in Telematics Engineering from the University of Vigo. His research is centred on Artificial Intelligence, particularly in Multiagent Systems, Machine Learning, data streams, and AutoML—areas that have captivated him in recent years. Bruno has published over 80 peer-reviewed works, including journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers. In addition to his academic and research roles, Bruno has served as an expert reviewer for several conferences and journals and is an associate editor for two  machine learning journals.
