- market studies and Investment Memorandum;
- consultancy for Highest and Best Use or Value Added.
· Advice and management of structured sales or organized sales processes (auction and multiple offers)*:
- identification of channels and partnerships;
- information management;
- pricing and promotion strategy.
· Advice and support on asset value management*:
- pre-licensing, licensing (or previous information requests – PIP’s), technical reports and Due Diligences;
- assistance in obtaining relevant elements and asset documentation (authorizations, licenses, classifications, among others);
- advice services during exclusive negotiations and any bidding process (organized sales processes or "non-binding" proposals), also the drafting process for a contract or deed closing.

· According on specific briefing and under a contract:
- pre-selection of locations with report of better real estate locations according to a Highest and Best Use methodology;
- selection of assets with the highest potential and economic value for a specific purpose on a mandate basis.
· Advisory throughout the negotiation process assuring information and all insights known from counterparties.
· Advice or Representation to public entities or counterparties on a negotiation
· Consultancy in studies and preliminary projects (assisting the Client’s technical services or providing these services under Crowe’s provisioning) for*:
- space and layout planning, design, systematization and development;
- budgeting and time-to-market (e.g., in built, fit or retrofit projects) projections;
- cost-benefit analysis.
· Qualifying suppliers and contracting services.*
· Structuring acquisition operations and financing.*
· Technical and legal Due Diligences (DDs)*.
· Advice and mediation in the pre-proposal or NBO (non-binding offers) phase*:
- obtaining documents, managing any process of consultation, pre-licensing, licensing, sellers’ DDs of any sort;
- Mediation and presentation of exclusive negotiation proposals;
- support
throughout the process up to the drafting process for a contract or deed
closing.
