To be made available with specific contracts for each of the following services
• Systematization of investment and project requirements, including the screening of technical and legal specificities, plus setting the whole into the framework to the Portuguese’ set of laws, codes and regulations.
• Execution of preliminary studies (feasibility studies) and investment planning.
• Pre-quantification and pre-qualification studies (technical or legal DDs, technical inspections and surveys, load and capacity studies, layouts deploying, and more).
• Identification and negotiation of strategic partnerships and investment feasibility screening with co-investors and builders.
• Pre-selection and qualification of suppliers, ensuring the identification of companies or technicians with specific response capacity in preliminary stages of the investment.
• Advice and consultancy in Real Estate investment management:
- Issues related with investment strategy formulation, market analysis, property acquisition, management, and disposition;
- Assistance in financing, for example in operations with Financial Institutions and Real Estate specialized financiers like Family Offices or Investment Funds;
- Structuring real estate investment or divestment operations depending on specific strategy and targets;
- Identifying and mitigating technical and legal risks, anticipating issues with investment.
• Contractual advice and legal support when necessary, ensuring:
- Adaptation of specific contractual clauses for each project, operation or Client (tailor-made contracts);
- Adaptation of clauses and business dynamics to Portuguese' practice and legislation, namely overcoming possible transnational barriers to investment or financing.
• Representation and advice, for our Clients upon mandate, in issues related with, and before, public entities or counterparties in the discussion of permits and public authorization for projects, ensuring the record and report of relevant information.
• Coordination of project teams, specifically acting upon mandate as manager and pivot or facilitator for the architects, engineers and specialized consultants involved, assuring reporting.
• Specialized assistance and advisory in issues involving public stakeholders*:
- Municipal Chambers, Public Institutes or Agencies;
- General Secretariats or Ministerial Bodies;
- Regional Coordination Committees;
- Public companies and any public authority.
*Specialized representation of Clients throughout the licensing process with these or other entities and authorities, ensuring that approval processes are achieved in a timely and efficient manner.
