The amendment to the VAT Act entered into force on November 1, 2019. The introduction of a new matrix of VAT rates and binding rate information (WIS). The catalog of goods and services subject to individual VAT rates has been modified (5%, 8%, 23%). The vast majority of provisions contained in the amendment will become effective from April 1, 2020.
