Crowe Philippines’ Summertime Voyage

The past months have been truly fast-paced for everyone—from operations to support—complying with different deadlines while ensuring everything is still done with much excellence, quality, and professionalism. 

And what’s a perfect way to welcome the month of June and the summer other than an outing, right? 

Last June 1, 2024, RFGCO—all its employees alongside their companions, and some of its interns took on a road trip to Cabuyao, Laguna for the company’s annual summer outing. It has been one of the traditions of RFGCO to take out all its employees, even just for a day, and allow them to have fun, bond with their co-employees, and just relax. 

While the previous outings revolved around different objectives, this year's summer outing is heavily inspired by the embodiment of RFG or Resilience, Fortitude, and Grit. 

Worship led by a few of RFGCO’s employees kickstarted the event, asking for God’s presence to populate the gathering and bonding of all its firm members. Then the funtivities started! 6 groups participated in all the games prepared and showcased the true definition of teamwork, creativity, and camaraderie. 

In a short time, the teams were all able to create a bond and strong connection that allowed the pink, blue, red, and violet teams to bag the champion, 1st runner-up, 2nd runner-up, and yell champion awards respectively. 

This is evidence that despite the challenging work, Crowe Philippines’s employees never forget how to have fun and show their humorous side. Their competitiveness backed up by their attitude to do everything with excellence made the summer outing much more colorful and fun! 

There is no denying that the activities tested everyone’s patience and strategic thinking but just like what Mr. Ramon F. Garcia mentioned in his closing remarks “Despite the hardships, we must continue because at the end of the day, we will reap the harvest”. This goes for this year’s summer outing and in everyone’s day-to-day lives in general.
